She never made a claim. Presumably she was advised against making a claim until after I was convicted so that her case would be stronger (Police Accident Report is never released until after all criminal proceedings are finalised). If she'd made a claim after the criminal case was thrown out her negligence case would have been very weak and a counter-claim would not have been worth the risk (she obviously wasn't insured so would have had to foot the bill herself if found even partially liable - Me and bike were pretty mashed up so claim would have been big).
