OK ive settled at £1725 with them but i'm really in 2 minds wheather to buy it back or not.

They calculate it at 32% of the figure they offered me, so that £550 odd quid by my reckoning.

Any opinions???

Nope, £350 excess come out of the figure they give me :( OK i'll probably get my excess back down the line when they make the other guy pay up but right now i need a bike to get about on and i gotta think about being able tp sell it in a few months when the weathers nice again, hmmmm.
