A shocking breach of privacy. Next we'll have the Ann Summers client list published:smt120

Why? Its a genuine political party and people can vote for who they like!

They are basically telling you who you can vote for and who you cant. I would love to see the guy loosing his job.....so he could then sue the police for rediculous sums of money for unfair dismissal....and he would easily win, the police have no right just bringing in a policy like that.

If someone fought it in the European Court of Human Rights, the police would loose, and then be forced to pay huge sums of money.

Crazy that the list is still up there - did find someone I vaguely know on it too!

Surely that is breaking the Data Protection Laws? Anyway I thought they were a bonafide Policital Party?

Perhaps the members feel they have nothing to hide?

More likely to be a huge c*ck up though!

Not a very smart thing to do.

5mins in Google, and I found a post on lockergnome by the person offering the document in the OP of this thread. This post details the fact that they have kids, and have been setting up a home network.

I also found a name, and an email address. It wouldn't take too much research to narrow this down to an area, possibly an address.

People should think twice before hosting this sort of information. Heaven forbid someone that's taken offence to the list being posted find the information I have!

EDIT: I can also tell you that the person offering that list for public viewing, has Windows XP with various shares enabled, and a printer. They also have Remote Desktop enabled on a 10.x.x.x IP address, for which firewalking is possible. Their ISP is Tiscali (which is obvious from a simple lookup), so it probably won't be long before the list is removed.

I must admit, I'm very tempted to send something to their printer. But I sharn't.

How many are going to get the anti nazi nazis banging on their doors as a result of this list and how genuine is it. How do errors in the compilation get corrected.

What people do, say or think in private is up to themselves. If they want to discuss it in public, only then should they then have to justify their thoughts.

Although I couldn't care less of who is on the list I am a bit worried of the real Nazis (as per the WW2 definition).......simply cause most of my family was turned to ashes by them!

For me parties like BNP should not exist!
