Last years British Rally saw him running in the top 10 in a private Scoobie before he crashed out. I think with a propper competetive car and some more time behind the wheel he might well shock some people. :)

As for maybe WSB. WOW If we got Rossi into WSB then man it would be ace to see what he could maybe do? Not sure what id want to happen though lol.

And Schumacher in WSB would be good. Be interesting to see what happens. Apparently he isnt too fast and crashes a lot... but Im not sure. Cool that he is so into the bikes though! Just a shame the news hasnt picked up on it and advertised the Superbike racing. Pfff. Im sure they are anti bikes on BBC news! :rant:

IIRC Rossi started out on 4 wheels before moving onto two wheels because running the karts he was racing got two expensive. I dont think he will be slow. I also dont think he'd do anything that he wouldnt excel in its not in his nature.

I think the rallying is something to occupy him in the off season, his real passion is bikes.

he probably prefer rally rather than touring and F1. hes commented lots of times that he hates traction control and all the other electrical toys, hes tired of riding pillion.
