LM ( Lithium multipurpose ) grease will do most stuff - wheel bearings and head bearings etc. Moly grease for plain bearings and shafts ( LM with Moly in ) Copper slip for stuff you want to be able to undo easily ... Don't use Moly grease for rolling bearings as they can tend to skid and wear flats on the rollers. HTH Spokey |

Don't bother buying a full tub stu I can send you a bit if you want. About a tablespoon full will do about 20 calipers.

Nah gotta start somewhere ain't I kid, thanks for the offer though :) Wanna be able to do a few bits on my own and save money. Obviously hard tasks I will leave to the pro's.

Copper is for stopping bolts seizing.
General grease is for mechanical moving parts Red Rubber is for brakes Oh and touch of copper grease on brake caliper shim if it squeals a bit |
