LOVE the snow- worked a couple of seasons in the Alps, and am desperate to get back!

Unlikely we'll get any snow down here, but am in Rotherham on Friday night, so fingers crossed!! altho,....I am getting the train up, so I hope it doesn't stop trains!!!!

Like it when I go skiing, lots of it, fresh powder is the best. Like it when I can mess about on my mountain bike in the snow.
Had loads of fun in an old Talbot Solara, which I paid £50 for, so I didn't worry about dinking it. Handbrake turns etc.
Like it when my kids are having fun with it, building snowmen etc.
But can't stand the stuff when it's wet and slushy, and i've got to work outside.

I don't like it when I a planning on using the bike.

Otherwise, I have a great time in the snow...so me and maria are going to finland for a holiday in january :smt040

Hate it with a passion. Cold, wet horrible and slushy.....just generally rubbish :-(

love snow. love walking in it, love a cold frosty snowy morning going for a stroll in the woods, in fact i wanna go now!!!

i love snow.

i just dont understand why people over here cant live with it, 2 inches and schools close etc and its like the worlds come to an end!

In canada 3 ft of snow doesnt bring things to a halt.

love it....used to live near dundry..hoooge hills for sledging..great fun....but then its been so long that we've had any in bristol might veiws may have changed now I ride a bike (although not at the moment :-()....would like to take my son out in it tho as he;s not experienced it yet.

also find it hilarious that the uk seems to grind to a bit of a halt ...schools and work places close etc when we have a bit of snow..whats that all about!!!! they manage elsewhere lol (james beat me too it!)

Ha ha Quite mixed opinions. I think atm im in a hate type position with whats supposed to be happening tonight and how its going to affect me... Gah.
