Its not too thin, look carefully, its actually a little large in comparison(on the repro photo). Her other eye is quite small but has a larger amount of eyelid above, plus she has a definate eyebrow on the other eye.
Eyes aren't a mirror image of each other but are usually pretty close

The state that the original one was in, I think you have done an exceptional job, alright it's not perfect, but with all of those creases I don't think it ever will be. Good Job :)

What Mister C said. Orginally I looked at the pic and thought ah the faces look a bit weird but then considering the original I think you have done a top job.
