It should come with a fly lead you can attatch to the battery then leave the plug under the seat or somewhere - so you can easily plug it in.

jump leads to the starter motor,(red) under the rubber boot...and one to the frame.(black).zaaaappp and away we go. Like I said in the other thread i done it countless times in a hurry. I don't have a trickle charger, as i'd have to take the battery out every time, cause I don't have a garage to plug the bike into the nearest socket with :-(

Bike will bumpstart if the fuel rail primes.

BTW can you "flood" an FI bike? What does it mean to "flood" anyway?

Actually it might not. If it's a fuel injected bike (I think it's a K5?) and the battery is low enough it won't prime the fuel, so you can try til you're blue in the face and it won't jump!

Yeah my bro said i may have flooded it from trying to start it too many times, and using to much throttle when starting.

I started it about 5 times yesterday and i did not run it for longer than about 5 mins in the whole day so i think the dead battery is more than likely the answer.

well there you go :) how come you where starting it so many times anyway? showing off a bit?
