Big hammer? File the lug down a bit (as I bet it's the lug which is catching)

If it is actually bent, which I doubt, are the forks aligned on the wheel correctly? I reckon there's some other problem, unless this hole was about 2 foot deep.

well it makes sense about the hole cos as soon as i hit that hole i felt and heard a scrapping sound on the front wheel and brakes. I took it to a proper suzuki garage to get some electronics fixed and they noticed it, said it was just the braket that is bent and needs replacing.

I think it's something else.

Any evidence of damage to the caliper itself? Because to bend a steel bracket is going to show some serious knockage to the alloy body of it! More likely (sorry!) is that the fork leg is a little twisted.

How big was this hole you rode into anyway?

How big was this hole you rode into anyway?

well the mechanics in the shop said that the forks were fine and that the rest of the caliper was fine it was just the bracket that i needed to replace....
