Must be a big room, too large a screen at too short a distance will not do the image quality any favours, but good luck to you, I would seriously consider the projector option too mind.

edit: Ah, tis pretty big :)

Not keen on projector ones, the room is really light in summer ( with full length french windows, and another big window) and the couches are about ten feet back from the telly we have, so should be ok. Have taped up a big cardboard shape on the wall, and the 52" looks ok, but the 60" looks just right!:D
