I do kinda get where your coming from
You can be prosecuted for being under the influence of alcohol while in the street,even if you are not in possession of any
Can you be done for being under the influence of drugs while on the street?

No, and you can only get done for being under the influence of alcohol if you are either drunk and disorderly, drunk in a licensed premises or drunk and incapable of looking after yourself.

There is no law about being under the influence of drugs, only possession, production and supply of them...and also driving whilst unfit.

Please define drunk, what if any is the scientific test for being drunk?

Who decides I am drunk, Your word against mine etc. Oh yes plod is always right your worship, even if he is an habitual perjurer

Basically, only if you are ROARING drunk! Not just a little bit drunk!

But my point is still the same, you can't just get arrested for being under the influence of alcohol!
