How long did it take for the cheque to come through then? when did the accident happen?

accident happend 16th aug cheque arrive sat
, he was denying any involvement and there was no witnesses but the copper took a personal affront to him driving off and leaving me (copper was a biker) so he give him a proper grilling so thats when the holes started to appear in his story, i think it was the coppers account of the idiots interveiw that got his insurance to pay up
my free legal cover with swinton dealt with everything good lads
injuryies bumps and bruses twisted knee ( who's a lucky boy)
bit of advice dont think claims get settled fast my wife has one that about to hit the three year mark

Well done, I had one last March only got settled in the last few weeks.
And he admitted fault said he didn't see me.
Waiting for my cheque to come through being sensible though as i'm only doing a three day week at the minute.:cry:
