It may be a bit far for people to travel - this will be arranged for a venue in the actual North East... as an example, from Preston to the place I'm thinking of, it's 132 miles.

I certainly wouldn't do a 260 mile round trip to go paintballing, but if anyone does want to, they're welcome... be a long day though.

For any body who has not been paintballing, before deciding to ride the 260 round trip you should consider that pb is a bloody exhausting day. The football team went last year for an end of season do. We were supposed to be going out into town afterwards. Everyone was so worn out all we managed was to stop at a service station on the way home to have a KFC and then everyone went back home. Shared 4 wheel transport may be a smarter option if travelling so far.

Anyone wanting to go from the leeds/halifax/wakefield area who would like lift, your more than welcome ride to mine, lock your bike up and head out in one of the 3 seats I currently have spare :)

Dan - Not sure if you know mate but I know a lot of the ones around here offer discounts once your group is a grater number than 10. So 10 is obviously what they see as the magic number becuase obviously its not just your own group who are there on the day.

Some very good advice there. It is a tiring day (especially when it's 28deg like when I last went!) and a long ride home afterward is not appealing or recommended.

The discount structure is the same around here, but I believe the bigger the group the better. Ideally I'd like 40 people so we could have the site to ourselves.

That would be mental, 40 all of the same group! :D

The major benifit of getting a large group of people to go has got to be when they split you up over the 2 teams your more likely to be shooting at a mate rather than a random stranger. Which makes it better when your having a break you've got more people you can laugh at. :d

It is the best way to play - you know who you're up against, which makes it much more enjoyable when you're shooting someone in the ar$e.
