Bloody hell 40mm is quite an increase in height, do we have any pics of curvy's with the 40 or 20 mm kits installed ?

My SV here has a 20mm jack up kit. It's barely noticeable. Got it from here. They also do a 40mm jack up kit.

I've taken that off now. Oversprung and overdamped. Saving for an Ohlins. Must change my sig!

Besides I thought the ZX6R shock was longer? The bike certainly seemed taller when it was fitted.

Re: New dog bones!!

I bought the 40mm kit from CJ Accessories mentioned above (as reccommended on here). My bike had already been lowered with some weird adjustable dog bone thing that was a fookin nightmare to remove. Aside from removing the old links being a pain in the **** the job itself was easy enough. I used a rear paddock stand as general support and, with a mate or two on standby just in case, a car jack to raise/lower it off the spring as required. Worked a treat.

I'm 5'11 and the 40mm kit made a world of difference compared to riding the lowerd bike. To me it feels about the same as a factory height SV, but it could be very slightly higher. Much more comfortable though whatever.
