this is completely shocking! terrible behaviour by the driver also allowig a passenger to travel in the vehicle with a seatbelt on! I think he should probably have his liscense removed! as for thebpassenger it was such a shocking thingto do I think he deserves jail!

Jail for the guy who moonied, its only his ****, no big deal.
A ban for the driver, what did he do?
He ain't responsible for his passanger wearing a seatbelt.

Dont you just love the sense of humour failure of the scamera stazi here?They must have their heads shoved so far up their dijestive tracts it isnt true.

I think they've changed the law plowsie. I'm sure I read somewhere if the passenger is over like 13 or 16 or something it's their responisiblity.

Passengers over 14 are classed as adult passengers and are responsible for wearing the seatbelt. So a 14 year old will be done for no seatbelt, but a if a younger passenger is not wearing one, the driver is done.

Adults
Drivers and adult front seat passengers in cars must wear a seat belt, unless they have a medical exemption certificate. Adults travelling in the rear of a car must also use seat belts, if they are fitted. It is the responsibility of the adult passenger (not the driver) to ensure that they are using the seat belt.
