Nope, cold bike and the thing was solid. Bit of WD, violence, abuse and pliers and it finally came free. It was a proper pain in the rear quarter to get out, grrrr!! :p

ok, question - of the really dumb kind......

I take it that the baffle is just the bit that when you unscrew the lug at the back end, it pulls out ?

All you are left with a honeycomb mesh that lines the inside of the can with a straight though pipe ?

If so then mine is out and it sound friggin awsome...

^ Yes, baffle's the long thing with holes in the side like a cylindrical cheese grater... ppl say it reduces power aswell... so there's another reason, asif you needed one, to remove the bloody thing.
