ebay is your best option or try the rebuild yourself

The engine has cracks all over the casing. Front and rear cylinder is farked, even the starter mount has cracked. Not sure what caused mine to fail - oil was fine and changed every 3k. I can only put it down to too much wide open throttle for too long on the motorway.

same thing happened to me.

Big ends gone, engine replacement im afraid. Need some macho men (to lift the engine back into place) and the special suzuki engine removal tool.

I got an engine on ebay for £250, with less miles than the current, so can be done, but you just gotta wait to see what comes up online.

But basically, you;ll end up with this....

Thinking of buying a ninja b1h 04 and rebuild at my leisure. Need a bigger bike after this pop. Its not fast enough, but i still love it.
