suzuki designate the model with a reference, in the year 2000 suzuki motorcylces were designated with a k and every year after that the addition of the year number is added.

k8 - 2008
k9 - 2009
2010 is due for a new letter.

Also no such thing as an SV650N, there is just the SV650 and the SV650S.
