you'll most likely find pointy S takes off better. A friend of mine rode Suzy a few weeks back, used to have a nakid pointy and said she did feel sluggish in comparison to his, but thats the fuel injection AFAIK.
You'll get used to it soon enough...it works for starters ;-) Its not as if you;ve just bought a cruiser...now they do handle badly!

oh yes, an S has a turning circle of a bus, but you'll find the knack eventually.

Oi, the curvy works fine! That bikes awesome, I only complained about it because I like a good moan. Really gonna miss it. I didn't realise how well I'd got to know it til I tried another bike. I'm dead scared I'm going to want it back once I've sold it! ****ed off I'd just fully serviced it and fitted new avon storms and new DID chain (gold, xring) and sprockets too :hackedoff:

I just hope the f.i doesn't break! I 'get' carbs :rabbit:

I'm not hypocritical - nothing ever went wrong with it on my bikes, because I knew to leave it alone ;)

Aye, I really do. It was the high level exhaust that did it I always said I'd never buy a SV without a high level exhaust or if I did I'd swap my leovinci system over. (I'm still tempted!). But no; I just saw the bike and wanted it.
If you have any other pictures I wouldn't mind them if you have a min to pm me them

How did you find the front suspension by the way? Did you just get used to it? I've had a few wibble wobbles/dips on corners and it threw a bit of a wobbler hitting a pot hole on a corner, just wondered if it's something you get used to. Seems to take the urgency from the brakes too actually.
