Welcome mate.
Kelly, i was 38 also when i passed, your never too old to get into bikes IMO (or too young).
Your only as old as the bike you ride LOL.

Welcome to the org - I got a curvy as my first bike and its never let me down, a great bike for a first bike, and in the right hands it can probably out perform a lot of other bikes out there, us newbies never get near what they can actually do. :)
