eww, floppy gear change. My gearchange though feels alot tighter than that bandit i had, the length of the throw on the SV is shorter than the bandit

i was toying with the idea of geting some but hear that they are a bit of a pain to get a banjo switch to work properly (some times) plus i couldent help notice they are £160 + £12 for a switch so decided to by some blingy tat lol

i think im going to have a banjo switch added when i get my lines fitted so its a easy swap when i get some money to do it :)

EDIT also going to have another 2-3cm added to the line (having them made up as i have wider bars so need long front ones any way no xtra cost aparently so its all good :) ) just so i have some slack in the line for the master C placment

I have P&p's on the superduke, but on my curvy I had metisse/Gillies and promachs at various times.

the metisse ones were prettiest I suppost but not as strong as the others

the gillies all look the same.

and the Promach ones were my favs, also used by cresent suzuki.

Both the promachs and the gillies use sealed bearings which makes them more durable, so something to look out for, if you've never ridden with fixed pegs before, be aware you do get a fair amount of feedback from them and they can be tiresome on a longer run, I kind of like it though as you're very much in touch with what the bike is doing.

More feedback is welcome, at the moment I really dont know what the rear end is doing (although thats really a problem with the rear shock :lol:)

Mmmm gilles and promach, that there is top-shelf stuff

I know my dad would give me a clip around the ear for spending £250 on new pegs for a bike worth little over £1000...but its worth it

least i know what i want for my birthday

decided that i want some rear sets as mine are a bit to upright for my tast could be because i have a naked may just get some S rear sets and tart them up :D

EDIT maybe no going to get riser plates .... but im going to use a banjo switch in stead of having to modd the standard one :)
