I think you are referring to Corbin clamps
http://www.wernersparts.com/images/photos6/IM003086.JPG But most places simply call them spring wire hose clips. You can then get the wider spring steel variety that tend to be used for fuel, ebay spring hose clips |

At the price Ebay sellers I'll carry on using zip ties, which seem to be less harsh on the hose and are free to me.
