You don't need to go to hospital for it. My mate done mine with a bottle of Vodka, a hammer, and a rusty nail.

Have to say though I think the Dentist took mine out with a little to much ease. And lunch was quite painful, soup for tea me thinks.

I've already used that joke today. I've got a work colleague who's got an abscess in his tooth and is a lot of pain. He asked to go home early, so I told him that he could go at 2:30.
