Re: Number plate sizes?
There is no legally specified sized number plate, there is only legally specified spacing.
If you had the number plate A1 you could have a tiny plate. I have 6 digits some of which consists of 1's which means whilst legally spaced I can manage a 6.5" x 6.5" completely legally spaced. |
Re: Number plate sizes?
Just worth thinking about (I know I'm a spoilsport) but when you put a (n arsey) coppers back up with a loud exhaust or number plate (or speeding/offence£££)he's going to pull you and check everything over so if you have tinted visor (£30) + Exhaust (possibly now £60 but atleast £30) and the plate (£60) it all starts to add up.

Re: Number plate sizes?
MOT yes, but that is once a year, so you either swap it or you double sided tape a good size one on for the test as they aren't allowed to touch/mess with anything.
I.E. with a car, you fail if you have a headlight bulb out, but if you go in the garage in daylight and leave in daylight and state, "I never drive in the dark" then the car will pass with faulty or NO headlight bulb. |
