you need to start taking pics of your food cheryl :) look, this is how I do it..

Most of my recipe threads do have pics, but was too busy eating this lot to photograph it so yes...I will try harder.

Pot Roasted Lamb...cook like this, then strip the meat, make a gravy from the cookign juices and mash some tatties and have the best shepherds pie ever!

mine was the one on the right (scrambled egg on toast covered in pepper), shelly had fried egg and fried bread with hers - I wouldn't mind but she's like a 5ft 9 and size 8 ex-army pt instructor, yet she eats absolute crap grrr...

still, it was absolutely amazing :D

HONESTLY?! It's probably worth pointing out that those are McCains super chunky chips (like twice the size of normal chips) and the fillet was nearly 2 inches thick... fecking beautiful :D

next time it's chips OR veg OR starve myself properly for a day then have the lot :)
