Gauging by his food and drink tastes, his northerness is questionable :p

Check your spring rates on the Racetech site Dave, I can do sag for you Dave, that's easy.

As for anything else, damping etc. I need to begin fettling mine as I'm getting a lot of chatter on roughish roads. Although I know the basics, I'm going to go down the suck it and see apraoch when I have time.

there are plenty of places to go who for about £40 wil set your suspension up for you properly.

Although having it done properly is often the way to go. Sag is easy as long as you have the correct springs (as it happens my ST3 is OK for me) I prefer to mess about myself with the comp/rebound etc. I find it's as much a case of having settings your happy and confident in, vs. what the optimum settings are for a given rider/weight etc. as long as you take notes along the way Dave, you won't get lost.

It also means I get to hoon up and down a favourite stretch of road 'I have to do it honey, it makes it better to ride' ;)

besides Neio, Dave makes a ducks behind look like an aircraft hanger :D

PM Fud. or his misses, see if you can drag him out (it'd be done in a fraction of the time)

I never tinkered with the suspension while I had the bike, it seemed fine to me and if it ain't broke, don't break it ;)
