they are about 1mm out on the straight edge (tried two edges just in case)

it's not good to have paint on that surface anyway, should be clean metal.

disc's straightened, i thought right all will be good erm wrong still got judder when braking quite hard

i dont seem to have any pump in the leaver any more, would a slightly to lose stem nut create this ?

I got/get this sometimes, only when braking really hard and I only feel the judder at low speed after braking from highspeed.

Turned out my suspension what set up very very wrong and was bottoming out.

Still not sure if it there still as I don't dare brake to hard lol

not suspension as far a i know, i have a zip tie set to show how much travel i have left hard hard braking leaves about (about 1-2 inch) i might change some of the other settings and see if that makes a diff

its odd it get better the hotter the disc's are :S

What pads are they?

If they are racey pads for a heavier bike maybe they just need a good amount heat in them to work properly.

they are gold fren sintered HH pads same as what i had on the sv calipers, could just be that the pads are new is and the discs are new ish
