Or if its quiet, and I've not got owt planned for the following day its got to be chocolate and several LARGE JD's with coke - the cola variety.

A day off... get up, have a shower, go down to the sandwich shop for one of their LUSH spicy Mexican chicken baguettes, some beer from the Spar. Eat sandwich while watching Top Gear on Dave, then drink beer and play Xbox all afternoon.

Oh wait, I have three days off coming up, starting tomorrow!
