I have the coldkiller facemask thingy and the glove liners - superb kit and have lasted me nearly 10 years now

Another vote for Coldkillers neck warmer, and when it's below freezing it works well with a fleecy buff inside for extra insulation.

Just bought one, + 1 on the recommendation, was able to ride with visor up.
