Well it has now been 3 weeks since i made my order. Still no sign of them.
Have sent a total of 7 emails now and not 1 response. Tryed calling over 10 times with no answer. Trying to get help from visa but they seem just as useless. Looks like i will need to cut my losses and move on.

Lesson learned.

Just phone visa ask to do a charge back and they will contact the company. If the company dont respond to the chargeback letter then visa automatically refund you. If they do respond and it is in the T&C's that the item will take 30 days then visa will ask you to wait 30 days and if nothing turns up they will refund you. Whatever happens you will get your money back when using visa.

If you buy online you should read the T&C's as visa and TSA will go off what these say and respond accordingly (so long as the T&C's are fair) sometimes companies add things like 25% restocking fee which is ridiculous and TSA would notify the company and advise an acceptable charge is maximum 10%

You cant lose your money when paying with a credit card, BUT you always need to read the terms on the companies websites, if you dont and delivery times are stated you cannot really do anything until the time stated has elapsed.

Not answering emails or phone is not great tho'

The alternative is pay a bit more and go to a bricks and mortar shop, hand your money over and get the parts you want instantly. This will mean you will pay more for the item as the guy in the shop has to pay overheads.
