if its a big smooth dent stick a common plunger on it and pull, or a sat nav suction mount. car skin is very thin and easy to move, its not gonna make it worse (much)

Heavy duty suction cups are effective, used to be used on the work vans at placed i used to work.

Machine mart do a dent puller for £8

We parked outside a pub in Colne and when we got back to the car some kind person had kicked the passenger door, leaving a nice dent. I eventually got round to having it sorted and our local dent remover came and he thought it would not come out. My wife persuaded him;) and he had a go. Did a great job, could hardly tell. Only if you looked really close. Was pretty cheap too.

man quoted £120.. aint got that near crimbo.. not to spend on the car anyway ..

so looked on the net looked on you tube ... made a basher/stroker/persuader from a crow bar, bubble wrap and gaffa .. took the inside door card off the door and the seats out so I could work and did it myself..

its not brill and i reckon weatehr being so cold dont help .. will have another little go sometime with hair drier on..

still a bit orange peel in places and lil bumps but hey its not a 60 plate TT or summat thats 28K eh .. so not a bad job.. just for spending some time looking and planning .. and time is something I have a lot of at the moment........

I got a few pics.. will pop them on after..

kilted.. first 2 big dents just popped out easy and back to normal.. just one is a crease and one is on the horizontal well across the horizontal styling line ( crease thats supposed to be there- it prob has a name)

I bought my current BMW a grand under trade price because the bonnet had been jumped on. I had the dents out within half an hour of getting home with it. All it took was a semi-inflated football on the rocker cover and gently close the bonnet, and the dents popped out. Now all I have to do is get the two big dents I've put in it sorted :-(
