When I done it wasn't a special key or anything, it was the porch key not the main door key what I needed. Fitted the lock perfect, just didn't turn it.

blimey. Gonna give it a try when I get home now... prolly end up posting back from my phone explaining that I've snapped my key and it's not as easy and youtube is making out

i taught myself to pick a few locks, its not easy but like anything the more you practise the easy it gets. A wiper blade and hack saw blade is all you need to make yourself a set of picks.
