The word is that the new one will be out very soon. Trust me folks, it is a great product, I was lucky enough to be sent a pre-production sample and even that is beautifully made. :grin:

Any ideas on the price of this new oiler?

Problem with every chain oiler is the way it delivers it to the chain looks rubbish. Apart from the dual sided scottoiler and that doesn't work!

Aim it at the FRONT sprocket, Andy. 'tis totally invisible.
It worked on my SV & will be doing that with the Triple when I take the sprocket cover off.

yea but it flings more and makes it look as though you have an oil leak

But you both ride triumphs...

What. Your suggesting that we don't need to lube our chains? Or more likely that due to superior manufacturing techniques our bikes will never leak oil and so we shouldn't be worried?

Just thrown my tutoro in the bin. It never worked properly, either dumping all the oil in a minute or nothing seemed to happen. I know it was cheap, so I only blame myself for expecting anything from it.
I had a mate made his own from a squeezy bottle and a pipe, and he just gave it a squeeze every now and then, he reckoned it did the trick just as well as anything complcated.

Mine worked perfectly on the SV from day 1, I fitted a chain and sprocket set at the same time and in the 8K miles I did before tradeing it in the chain never got adjusted after initial fitting, checked every month though when the chain got a clean (probably overkill but it kept me entertained).

I would not hesitate to fit another to the Daytona, having one on the SV made me a bit lazy with chain care...
