Certainly was. Sat in full leathers, fleece over top, neck buff pulled up to my eyeballs and a hat on, and still got soaked! haha

absolutely agree - Moto 2 is much the better race these days - 38 riders of which 20 can win or have won races , wild riding, polished performances, its all there no doubt fuelled by the mix of young kids coming up from 125 wanting to prove themselves, and old pros from MotoGP coming down with a point to prove ... And of course Brad Smith !!

I quite enjoyed the Silverstone MotoGP on tv.

Must admit that the crashes are my highlight, but takes the edge off when one guy is so far ahead noone has a chance unless he falls off.

Never watched Moto2...will have to give it a go, see what all the fuss is about :D

I've thought that MotoGp has been boring for a while now. I used to go every year without fail, but have just given up on it now.
Moto2 has made a refreshing change with the large grids & top racing, it's made it more exciting having so many bikes on the grid, which is what the "Top class" of motorcycle racing lacks.

I do like watching the TT & road racing in general. I am off to the Southern 100 in 2 weeks, so will sample it 1st hand. I have the utmost admiration for these guys thrashing around the streets at the speeds they do.
