My wife will also be in the same position as me, in that she won't be allowed to take any leave during the Olympics. Who'se going to look after our kids as it'll be the school holidays?

Will you be allowed to carry over extra leave to the following year? We are, which means no ones going be at work in 2013 :D

They've not said but probably not. We will probably be forced to take it in spring and autumn. :(

Why would you not be allowed leave during the Olympics and Paralympics then?

I dont see why everyone is getting in such a tis over this. Watch it on TV. Cheaper and dryer. Im seriously thinking of taking those 2 weeks off. I work in Wembley and its going to be a nightmare!
