I had the same problem. Taken them to Wasp and she has sorted them out for me. Just need to go and collect them from her.

Mine fit me fine, sorry no help. But god damn do they creak!!!!! Tried oiling, no joy.;)

The zip is hard to get up at first but gets easier with use. Another thing to watch out for is the lace tightener. Mine split at the leather tag and was a bugger to re thread! Great boots though. I had my old honda slr 650 off road laid on top of me and I couldn't figure out why I couldn't pull my leg out from under it. The reason being the bike was on my foot but I couldn't feel a thing.
