Not surprising, the physical stuff heals but takes a lot longer to sort the emotional side out. She was a brave lass indeed!

tell you what-- he runs our house- the whole house revolves around him.. he is cute though.. and I was so upset when we nearly lost him..

Aaaawwww, Monty is a very cute boy indeed!!
Id love to get another dog (my last was a wolf-hybrid I had 15 years ago, and I grew up with German Shepherds) but it would mean no nights away on the bike as I have no-one to dog-sit. Am always reconsidering though. One day...

Have to admit, I prefer Monty to Harvey the naughty version of Monty from next door.

Sneaks under the fence, stinks horrid, and runs around in our house without an invite, making Bob feel cheesed off something inferior is invading his space!

Nice pics you have taken. Sorry to hear your dog has been attacked previously. My dog Libby was attacked by a boxer and she had to have staples and stuff not nice for us or her!

My brother in law has a westy called Monty too and a westy bitch called Lucy

Both very yappy but nice none the less lol
