Thanks folks - all info greatfully received.

The weirdest thing happened today.

Went into my Appeal of the decision and came of it back in a job again, well at least until the end of the week as they are re-doing the consultation period and actually consulting with me.

So I may be ok, or I may be out of a job still, Friday will tell...

Sounds like it might be an idea to job hunt whatever the decision, do you really want to stay at the company now?

Well, put up a good fight, didn't fight hard enough, well actually there was no way to win in the end.
