Hahah! I was indeed. I reread my comment just now, looked at the picture, realised it was a kick start, felt like a nob and then saw your comment, and felt even worse. :D Lesson learnt: don't post questions when half asleep, because they'll make you look stupid in the morning. :)

I know it's a Honda, and therefore I am contractually obliged to dislike it, but it's a Cub and therefore the finest vehicle to ever grace the world's tarmac.

Without a doubt the best vehicle ever. End of.

Nice to have as a collectors piece but surely no fun to ride, other than novelty factor? Get a wee trails bike to ride to work, not that pensioners bike.[-X

Great wheelie machines - keep your foot on the gear pedal after snicking it into first, wind up the throttle, remove foot rapidly from gear pedal, and front wheel points skyward! :smt046

I have a 2 mile trip to work all of it in a 30 mph limit, there's no need for anything bigger or more advanced than the C90 - besides, I already have a 250cc trail bike if I want to use that, but there isn't an off-road route to work so I don't see the point of using it for commuting.

c90s are awesome, the fun we used to have wheelieing them trying to smash the back box are well and truly missed

Re: Downsizing my bike

i agree the C90 is the perfect bike for short commutes. you can drop them, crash them, abuse and neglect them and they still keep going. they have big wheels so you can chuck them about silly unlike scoots that handle like the skitz.

very first motorised 2 wheeled vehicle i ever rode :-)

Lozzo you are a jammy git getting that for that price.
