I'll be making an appearance at loomies but not doing the ride as my lungs are repeatedly trying to leave my chest at the moment, coughing to the point of being sick isn't fun and I can imagine it'll be even less fun with a helmet on!

I'm all filled up and ready to go in the morning, might be 10 mins late as i have to go to the post depo first and i cant be bothered to get up any earlier

A ride might help a bit mate. Concentrating on something else and a bit of fresh air will sort them damn lungs out! Probably a good call on giving the marathon mission planning a miss tho.

Yeah hopefully it'll help, might wear my flip front helmet just in case ;)
