Why not try learning to roll coins or poker chips with your working hand

Go onto Amazon order films / books that you have always wanted to read / watch but "never got around to it"

Work way through list.

Pretty much what I did when I was signed off for 3 weeks after I broke my wrist.

This was also helped by the fact I was off my face on pain killers for a lot of the time so really didnt feel like doing anything much at all.

That's my problem, I really can't be added with these bloody pain killers.

And not being able to cycle or work out is really bugging me.

I think I've already downloaded about 20 films and all of game of thrones so have some busy evenings ahead.

I felt a bit like that to start with, but I really was limited what I could do with my wrist whilst it was in a cast. Once I had the plate put into it, it was better as I could start to use it again.

I sort of settled into a routine I actually quite liked having the downtime. I'm guessing you've bust something so really the best thing you can do is take the pain killers and rest. You'll heal alot faster IMHO that way and that is also what I was told to do by the Dr as well.
