Dave - made those adjustments and the difference is quite noticeable. My back has adjusted some to the riding position and I enjoy it alot more than I did when I first bought it. Did an oil change the other day and it is running much smoother now and gear changes feel alot more positive. Also have a pair of mirror extenders on the way and I'm looking forward to seeing behind me.

Will be looking at the other bits when I can afford them. The front suspension is so bouncy and it drives me insane what with the state of some of our roads. That needs sorting quick.
