We're selling up in Redcar but buying in southern Spain. We'll disappear a few times a year for a warm up. The company are paying for the house up here. It's a 3+2 contract.

worked in the Dean a fair bit.. took me a good while to get used to the lingo... fit ye daein. i also found it strange that they dont say please and thanks much.
