Well the only thing I can find at the moment is this about the charge increasing:

Still looking for anything that mentions charging bikes.

The bike charging is only a possible future action....

no way its happenning anytime in the next few years, maybe when the cameras hit end of life or when bikes get front plates :lol:

or I guess when all vehicles have tracking chips :roll:

Congestion charge for bikes? I think they'll have to rename it to elevated London road tax, calling it anything else would be a lie.
