i made sure i gave mine a good rub down with very fine wet and dry paper when i took them out. Then covered them in a nice thin film of copper grease.

I'd advise you to copper grease your new pins before they go in.

cut the pins across first so that you are left with stubs. You may still get the pin out of the blind hole. You will have to drill a hole through the calliper where the pin is stuck. Make sure you use a drill bit that is smaller than the size of the pin, otherwise your calliper will be fit for the bin. When you have drilled through so that you can see the end of the pin, use a hammer and a blunt nail and try to hit it out. When you do this you have to make sure that the calliper is propped against a length of wood. Otherwise the hammering may snap or crack the alloy of the calliper.

If this doesn't work then you will have to drill out the pin. When you drill through you MUST make sure that you are dead center of the pin. Start with the smallest drill bit you have. There is a space between the end of the pin and the back of the blind hole that it fits into. So when you are getting close to the end SLOW DOWN otherwise you have a chance of drilling straight through the end of the blind hole. Once you are through, use the next size drill bit up. Keep doing this until what's left of the pin falls out. It's a bitch to do, and it's easy to get it wrong. (I know).

I have pm'd you my mobile number, if you have any questions what so ever, give me a call. It's far easier to explain on the phone, and whilst I explain you can be looking at the calliper and make sure you understand before you do something.
