I didn't know you wore glasses

Unfortunately some people can't wear contacts, so in their case the mask is the best way forward I would say.

When we all agree on the definitive answer, can we send a copy of our findings to Dani Pedrosa? Fogging has been his downfall in the last 2 races! 8)

Squirrel...well he is Spanish mate and I guess not really to be expected that he would like the wet stuff.Gibernau is particularly good in the rain normally, surprisingly enough. Me? I'm sh*t and totally hate it! 8)

I hate riding in contacts... They dry out really fast, and I sometimes get a worrying amount of movement in them. I just used a fairly standard anti-fogging spray on my glasses and that worked fine (you can get hygrophobic lenses that aren't supposed to steam up, but they don't seem to work at all)

The best stuff for your visor is bob heath visor spray you can get it at a lot of places but have a look at this so you know what to look for

http://www.feridax.com/cgi-bin/bp_ac...=04ACCS.HELMET

it really is the business my visor has never fogged when using this - its only a little tin but i've had mine for 2 years an theres still planty left.

for me specs - well, foggy face mask is the only thing that stops it completly but i hate using 'em i prefer to use a summer buff pulled up over me nose, it also acts as a good helmet liner so i dont get wax in me lid from me boy band hair do - stops flys pinging of me neck n all. but even without it they only fog whin im stopped at lights.

if you do get an insert get an amber one, helps in sunlight but also makes colours seem brighter when riding at dusk.
