A good ride out all in all I think. I enjoyed it even if I had some "interesting" moments on the wet roads when i found some mud
Jordon, sorry you got left behind we all waved at the petrol station, and was about to give chase, but the consensus was you'd decided to go home  |
It was a good ride out, shame about the weather, but at least it cleared up for us. I was nice and warm and dry thanks to my lovely Gortex gear :P :P
It wasn't too fast either, a good pace i think. Can't wait until the next one. |

Hey FS, really sorry to hear it was all ass about tit as far as your coming or going was concerned. it really was like "wheres FS?" "said he ws going home didnt he?"
I was actually thinking "what a good idea..why do i wanna do a rideout in this etc etc" totaly convinced you had a change of heart and told someone you were offski. Bugger :( Anyway guys, may i say as a stranger to the selkent mob i was very glad to have come along and met a few more peeps and realy enjoyed the ride. Billy and Sam...so glad it wasnt any worse than what it was. Considering the junction n all that  |

It was wet, cold...just like most Selkent rideouts. We like snow and hail...in June!
Well, sorry i went off, but i was getting very cold. Silly me thinking that a rideout at the end of May you would need the linings in your coat. Still i found a fetching Cardigan in Eastbourne, that will match my Volvo driving slippers, and that kept me warm on the way home, even though the sun came out! Typical. Nice baptism of fire for the newbies, with the hail and rain. No major events, and joe even got lost (nothing new there then) Cheers everyone :D |
