Hi Jennie, Welcome and good luck for the test. The SV is such a good bike for your first big bike, sooo forgiving and easy to ride. Mine's yellow and naked and wonderful :D And don't worry about riding at the back - I'll be right there with you! :oops:

Have a ride over to Squires in Sherburn in Elmet, there are a few girls there when I have been in the past. They are normally faster than me :?

My mum warned me about fast girls :D

Nice to 'meet' you :) Don't worry about how fast you go, there is always a hard fought battle to be at the tail of a ride out :wink: it doesn't matter how fast you go, just that it doesn't hurt when you stop.

Hi Jenni - you have great taste for one so young! You won't be over-faced or disappointed by an SVS (particularly a yellow one).

I asked the skinny-chick-who-claims-to-be-my-daughter; she took her test there a year back. This is more-or-less what she said:

"Bradford has terrible traffic, rotten drivers, strange speed limits that can catch the unwary and there is one particular tester who (paraphrased) is unaware of his parentage (allegedly). He tries hard to fail people and takes them into the narrowest road he can find to do U-turns. Take your test in Harrogate instead."
