ahh the a5074 up over Hyning Brow nice road but not a patch on hardknott and wrynose, not to mention Kirkstone as well as a little offshoot of kirkstone down to ambleside.

as has been mentioned if you want to drive at 20mph behind 50 cars stuck behind granny then thats your route.

or you could come up hartside way and get snapped by the 12inch photographer. :P

Ive been down kirkstone before amarko, no arguements there ace road! But only experience of hardknott and wrynose was in a 4x4 when I was 13 and all I can remember are the tyres squealing and me wanting to get out and walk!

I dont get held up by cars down that road, you 2 are obviously going slow enough to notice them :P

Hartside is a long way on an **** crippling back breaking ninja but ill be down there soon. And are you really only 12inches tall?

Hardknott cannot be classed as a biking road, nowhere to go fast. Nice views though,as you go rolling down the hill :help:
