r people honestly considering spending nearly £400 on bulbs for their bike?!?!

my god, brighter bulbs r good but where the hell r u intending to ride?

spend a tenner on some brither than stock ones and give me the rest of the money :lol:

Yeah yeah I know! Its a lot of money. The thing is I have to ride to work in pitch black dark. It is really dark as its a remote radar site, with no street lighting, so I need all the light I can get. By car its ok but with my single headlight SV its really dangerous and slow. I was hoping to do a good improvement and not something a bit better. Still think its a lot of money though and if somebody persuades me otherwise I am willing to consider.

The bloke want's utterly unneccessary uber lights on his bike and can afford them. Leave him alone, you're all just jealous :)

Randy, that is soooooo not the case. I run silverstars and they are no where as good as the piaas...sorry

I have only driven a cage with PIAAs, but maybe they weren't superwhites, but a lesser bulb that PIAA makes
